Ingredients
- 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 egg
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 24 cherries (pie filling)
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Put papers into tartlet pans.
- Combine crumbs and butter.
- Drop rounded teaspoonful into each.
- Beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until well blended.
- Fill each pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Chill thoroughly.
- When ready to serve, top with cherry.
- Can be frozen up to 3 months without cherry.
