Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 6 squab livers, lightly sauteed
- salt and pepper
- fresh bread crumbs
Method
- Cream the butter; add eggs.
- Add the livers, finely chopped, and the hearts, if desired.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add enough bread crumbs to form a soft dressing that will drop from the spoon.
- Makes enough dressing for 6 squabs.
