Ingredients
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients.
- Shape into 6 or 8 patties.
- Place in a shallow baking pan, 12 x 9-inch. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Spoon off fat.
- Mix remaining soup with 1/3 cup water.
- Pour over meat.
- Bake 10 minutes more.
