Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- mayonnaise to taste
- 8 slices French bread
- butter
- garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix the tuna and mayonnaise together; set aside.
- Mix butter, garlic and Parmesan into a thick paste.
- Butter the bread with the mixture.
- Place 4 slices of bread on a grill.
- Layer with tuna mixture and 1 slice cheese for each bread.
- Top each with second piece of bread.
- Grill until golden brown.
