Ingredients
- 5 lb. hamburger
- 5 tsp. Morton quick salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 1/2 tsp. hickory salt
Method
- Mix seasonings and hamburger.
- Knead well and refrigerate for 4 days.
- Each day, take out and knead and return to refrigerator.
- On 4th day, knead and shape mixture into 4 rolls.
- Place on rack and bake at 140° for 8 hours.
- Turn every 2 hours, then enjoy.
