Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless round steak
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drain and save liquid
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grape juice
- 3 c. hot cooked rice
Method
- Cut steak in 6 pieces. Place in a greased 10-inch Dutch oven. Sprinkle
- with
- soup
- mix. Add mushrooms. Blend soup, liquid from
- mushrooms
- and
- grape
- juice.
- Pour
- over steak. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at medium heat (350° to 375°).
