Ingredients
- 4 to 6 steaks (small ones)
- oil or Crisco
- 1 to 2 onions, sliced
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Method
- Brown steaks on both sides in hot oil or Crisco.
- Place in baking dish. Slide 1 or 2 onions on top of steaks.
- Place mushrooms on top of onions.
- Pour cream of mushroom soup over top. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° until tender.
