Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 cans mushroom gravy
Method
- Pat hamburger into patties and roll in flour.
- Slightly brown and place in a square pan.
- After browning hamburger, put 2 teaspoons of flour in the same skillet; brown and add 1/2 cup milk and mushroom soup.
- Stir until thick.
- Add Kitchen Bouquet for color, if desired.
- Pour over steak and bake in oven at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
