Ingredients
- 4 c. well drained zucchini squash
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 can coconut
- 1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Bake at 350° until brown.
- When coconut is left out, this pie tastes like an old-fashioned egg custard.
