Ingredients
- 3/4 c. squash, cooked
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- pinch of salt
Method
- Mix flour and dry ingredients.
- Cream the squash, butter and egg together.
- Add milk.
- Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
