Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 5 cubes Butternut Squash (small Cubes)
  • 5 cubes Acorn Squash (small Cubes)
  • 5 cubes Yellow Squash (small Cubes)
  • 4 cubes Sweet Potato (small Cubes)
  • 1 dash Italian Seasoning

Method

  • In a pot, add water along with squashes, sweet potatoes and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook till everything gets tender.
  • Once done, smash or run through a food processor.
  • Serve.
  • Notes: I used frozen squash in this recipe.
  • You can use fresh squash, too.
  • For babies who are ready to have dairy, you can add a bit of unsalted butter.
  • This recipe can be prepared by steaming, baking or broiling squash and sweet potatoes.
