Ingredients
- 1 package Stove Top Dressing
- 2 cups summer squash
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Prepare dressing as directed. Put 1/2 of dressing on bottom of casserole dish. Dice squash and saute with 2 cup shredded carrot. Spread vegetables over dressing. Mix together. Heat sour cream and soup. Pour over vegetables and put rest of dressing on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
