Ingredients
- 3 c. squash, sliced
- 1 large onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Cook squash and onion until tender; drain.
- Stir in soup, sour cream, 1/2 margarine, poultry seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Mix crackers and rest of margarine.
- Sprinkle over squash and bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
