Ingredients
- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Slice squash.
- Grate cheese.
- In a large bowl, mix squash, cheese, salt to taste, pepper to taste and slightly beaten egg. Put in casserole dish.
- Bake 1 hour at 350° to 400°.
