Ingredients
- 3 to 4 c. cooked squash
- 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 beaten eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Method
- Mix cooked squash, cheese, soup, onion, and eggs; salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into a casserole dish.
- Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs together; place on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
