Ingredients
- 3 c. squash (2 pkg. frozen)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Method
- Cook squash and onion together.
- Mash squash.
- Add all, except last 2, ingredients; mix well.
- Mix butter and crumbs.
- Put squash mixture over crumbs.
- Top with the rest of crumbs.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
