Ingredients
- 5 or 6 medium squash, cooked
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 medium jar pimento peppers
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
Method
- Mix first 7 ingredients together.
- Melt butter; add to crumbs and mix well.
- Arrange in baking dish in layers the squash mixture and crumbs.
- End with crumbs on top.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
