Ingredients
- 2 c. yellow squash
- 1 small onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook squash until tender.
- Drain and mash, then add onion, eggs and salt and pepper to taste.
- Make into firm balls and roll in bread crumbs.
- Fry in deep fat until brown.
