- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
- 1 to 2 lb. ground pork
- 1 to 2 pkg. Oriental vegetables (frozen)
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic (fresh)
- soy sauce to taste
- 1 to 2 tsp. butter
- cooking oil to deep fry
- lettuce leaves
- dipping sauce
Method
- Cook ground pork; add butter, garlic, vegetables and soy sauce to taste.
- Cool.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons on egg roll wrapper. Wrap according to directions.
- Deep fry.
- Serve wrapped in lettuce leaf and dip in sauce.
