Ingredients
- 2 c. water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Put warm water in bowl.
- Dissolve yeast.
- Add margarine, sugar and flour.
- Stir well.
- Drop tablespoon in greased muffin tins. May use part and keep other part in refrigerator up to one week. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Yields 3 dozen.
