Ingredients
- 2 qt. water
- 1 ham bone
- 1 c. ham, cubed
- 2 c. split peas
- 1 minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- salt and pepper
Method
- Put water, ham bone, ham, peas and onions in a large stock pot.
- Simmer for 2 hours.
- Add parsley, salt and pepper.
