Ingredients

  • 4 medium size bananas
  • 1/2 cup of crushed pecans
  • 1/4-3/4 cup of Splenda Brown sugar blend
  • 1 Tablespoon of low fat margarine
  • dash of cinammon,nutmeg, and allspice

Method

  • Slice the bananas on the bias about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Heat a pan (I use an iron skillet) with margarine until it's melted and not brown. add the sugar and spices.
  • Toss the bananas in this mixture until heated through. Adjust the seasonings, and sugar.
  • Top Vanilla Soy ice cream or frozen yogurt and crushed pecans.
