Ingredients
- 4 medium size bananas
- 1/2 cup of crushed pecans
- 1/4-3/4 cup of Splenda Brown sugar blend
- 1 Tablespoon of low fat margarine
- dash of cinammon,nutmeg, and allspice
Method
- Slice the bananas on the bias about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a pan (I use an iron skillet) with margarine until it's melted and not brown. add the sugar and spices.
- Toss the bananas in this mixture until heated through. Adjust the seasonings, and sugar.
- Top Vanilla Soy ice cream or frozen yogurt and crushed pecans.
