Ingredients

  • 2 whole Chicken Breasts, Sliced
  • 1 bag (6 Oz. Bag) Fresh Spinach
  • 1 pint Container Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 can (Small 4 Oz. Can) Pineapple Tidbits, Drained
  • 1/4 cups Craisins
  • 1/4 cups Walnuts, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • Fontina Cheese, Shaved
  • Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette, Enough To Coat The Salad

Method

  • Spray a grill pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. When hot, add your chicken and cook until done. Into a large bowl, add your spinach leaves. Shake your bottle of vinaigrette and then drizzle on top the Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette (just enough to coat) and toss together. Add in the Craisins, walnuts, pineapple and cherry tomatoes. Toss to combine. Sprinkle on the sesame seeds. Add in lemon juice and toss again. Plate your salad, top with a few slices of the grilled chicken and a few cheese shavings.
