Ingredients
- 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 3 cups Spinach
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/4 cups Water
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- If the hummus is too thick, slowly add in a little more water until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for no more than a week.
