Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 large green onions, cut off green part
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can garbanzo beans, thoroughly drained
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed but not squeezed dry
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. tahini paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Place garlic and green onion in food processor with metal blade.
- Process until minced.
- Add drained garbanzo beans and puree until smooth.
- Add spinach, lemon juice, water, tahini paste and salt.
- Process until mixed.
