Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram, crushed
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp process American cheese

Method

  • Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well. Spread on bottom of 10 x 6 x 1/2-inch baking dish. Arrange bacon and mushrooms over spinach. Sprinkle with dash of pepper and marjoram. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes. Cover with sour cream and cheese. Return to oven 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 6.
