Ingredients
- 10 oz. thawed frozen spinach, squeezed dry
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
- 8 oz. water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
Method
- Blend well; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Stir before serving. This looks pretty served in a "bowl" made from a whole red cabbage.
