Ingredients
- 10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts (chopped)
- 3 green onions (chopped)
Method
- Thaw spinach and squeeze until dry.
- Stir spinach, sour cream, mayo, soup mix, chestnuts and green onions.
- Blend well, cover and refrigerate 2 hours, stir before serving.
