Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chopped spinach
- 1 c. light sour cream
- 1 c. light Miracle Whip
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. Mrs. Grass dry vegetable soup mix
Method
- Mix together the sour cream, Miracle Whip, onion and drained, squeezed dry spinach.
- Blend in the soup mix.
- Put into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- It spreads well onto crackers or rye toast.
- It will keep for 3 days before it becomes watery.
