Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. light cream
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well and heat through.
- Serves 4 to 5.
