Ingredients
- 2 (10-oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 3/4 envelope Lipton's onion soup mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Method
- Cook spinach according to package directions.
- Mix spinach, soup mix, sour cream, and chestnuts--well!
- Spread in 9x13 casserole.
- Top with crumbs.
- Bake at 325° approximately 30 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
