Ingredients
- 1 cup berries.....i used blueberries and raspberries
- 2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 juice from 1or 2 lemon,
- 1 tsp fresh lemon peel
- 4 tbsp agave nectar, honey, or maple syruo
Method
- Gather your ingredients.
- Puree berries, lemon peel, and juice in blender.
- Stir agave nectar and plain yogurt together.
- Fold in berry puree.
- Place in freeze proof bowl.
- Freeze for two hours.
- Beat with hand mixer until smooth.
- Return to freezer for 4 more hours or over night.
- Serve and enjoy.
