Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm dry stuffing mix
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Form into 1-inch balls.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes, turning once.
