Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 5 large eggs, beaten
Method
- Cook spinach
- according
- to
- directions on package, but omit salt.
- Drain
- thoroughly, patting moisture out with paper towels. Add stuffing mix, onions, cheese, garlic salt, pepper and thyme. Toss
- with a
- large fork until mixed.
- Add melted butter and then
- beaten eggs. Blend. Form into walnut-sized balls.
- Bake on greased
- cookie
- sheet
- at
- 350° for 18 to 20 minutes.
- Yields 7 dozen.
