Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 5 large eggs, beaten

Method

  • Cook spinach
  • according
  • to
  • directions on package, but omit salt.
  • Drain
  • thoroughly, patting moisture out with paper towels. Add stuffing mix, onions, cheese, garlic salt, pepper and thyme. Toss
  • with a
  • large fork until mixed.
  • Add melted butter and then
  • beaten eggs. Blend. Form into walnut-sized balls.
  • Bake on greased
  • cookie
  • sheet
  • at
  • 350° for 18 to 20 minutes.
  • Yields 7 dozen.
