Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Italian Sausage
  • 1 box FarFalle (Bow Tie) pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tbsp minced garlic (fresh or jar)
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 cup Baby Spinach

Method

  • Follow directions and cook pasta according to box drain and set aside
  • In a large skillet add olive oil, garlic and break up sausage.
  • Cook on medium heat covered until meat is just about done (about 10 mins) stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat and stir in pasta, washed spinach stir well.
  • Last add Parmesan cheese and stir.
  • Turn off heat and cover.
  • Let stand 2 mins to allow cheese to melt.
  • Serve with home made garlic bread :)'
