Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Italian Sausage
- 1 box FarFalle (Bow Tie) pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 tbsp minced garlic (fresh or jar)
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 4 cup Baby Spinach
Method
- Follow directions and cook pasta according to box drain and set aside
- In a large skillet add olive oil, garlic and break up sausage.
- Cook on medium heat covered until meat is just about done (about 10 mins) stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and stir in pasta, washed spinach stir well.
- Last add Parmesan cheese and stir.
- Turn off heat and cover.
- Let stand 2 mins to allow cheese to melt.
- Serve with home made garlic bread :)'
