Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. 7-Up
- 1 small pkg. peach gelatin
- 4 c. peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 baked pie shells
- large size whipped topping
Method
- Combine
- sugar,
- cornstarch and 7-Up in saucepan.
- Cook until thick.
- Add gelatin and mix well.
- Arrange peach slices in
- pie shells.
- Pour gelatin mixture over peaches;
- refrigerate.
- Top with whipped topping when ready to serve.
