Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3 1/2 ounces whole wheat flour
- 10 ounces spinach, frozen chopped, thawed, drained well
- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese reduced fat
- 1 x black pepper ground
Method
- Beat the eggs and wholemeal flour together in a large bowl.
- Add the spinach, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and black pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into a well greased large oven proof dish.
- Bake in the oven at 350F (180C).
- for about 45 minutes.
- Leave to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
