- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Method
- Cook broccoli and spinach in water until completely thawed (but not cooked).
- Stir in remaining ingredients except bread crumbs.
- Place in large casserole dish and cover with seasoned bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Makes 12 servings of 1/2 cup at approximately 85 calories per serving.
