Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Method

  • Cook broccoli and spinach in water until completely thawed (but not cooked).
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except bread crumbs.
  • Place in large casserole dish and cover with seasoned bread crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Makes 12 servings of 1/2 cup at approximately 85 calories per serving.
