Ingredients
- 2 (4 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 4 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out moisture
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
Method
- Spread chopped artichoke hearts in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole.
- Squeeze excess water from uncooked spinach and spread over artichokes.
