Ingredients
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 c. ketchup
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion, cut into small pieces
- 1 to 2 lb. kielbasa
Method
- Place ingredients (except kielbasa) in saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 3 minutes, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Place sauce in crock-pot and add kielbasa.
- Slow cook for 1 1/2 hours.
