Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 12 onion
  • 14 red pepper
  • 14 green pepper
  • 14 cup cilantro
  • 12 tomatoes
  • 2 -3 slices bacon
  • 12 lime
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Dice peppers, onion, garlic, tomato and cilantro.
  • Saute pepper, onion and garlic on medium heat with olive oil or whatever oil on hand.
  • Cook bacon to desired crispiness.
  • Mash up avocados in a bowl and add lime juice.
  • Combine all the ingredients and season to taste.
