Ingredients

  • 6 whole Pork Chops (thin Cut)
  • 6 dashes Salt
  • 6 dashes Pepper
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Rotel

Method

  • Brown the pork chops for about 5 minutes each on both sides; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the soup and Rotel (drain 1/2 of the can) into the crockpot.
  • Add the chops after browning.
  • Cook on the High setting for about 4 hours, then on Low for the next 2 hours.
  • I make mashed potatoes and and use the soup and Rotel mixture as gravy.
  • This is so easy and so yummers!
