Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots, cut into small pieces
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Cook carrots and drain.
- Add ingredients together; bring to a boil and pour over carrots.
- Refrigerate for a couple of days.
