Ingredients
- 1 egg white, beaten until fluffy
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine egg and water and then add remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 1 hour at 250°.
- Stir first 1/2 hour.
- Use 1 1/2 to 2 pounds pecan halves.
