Ingredients
- 1 can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
- 1 can apricots, drained
- 1 jar spiced apple rings, drained
- 1 large can pears, drained
- 1 bottle cherries, drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Pour juice off everything (save the pineapple juice).
- Cook the pineapple juice with butter, lemon juice, brown sugar, ginger and cinnamon until hot.
- Pour over fruit and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring several times to coat the
- fruit while cooking.
