Ingredients

  • 1 can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
  • 1 can apricots, drained
  • 1 jar spiced apple rings, drained
  • 1 large can pears, drained
  • 1 bottle cherries, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Method

  • Pour juice off everything (save the pineapple juice).
  • Cook the pineapple juice with butter, lemon juice, brown sugar, ginger and cinnamon until hot.
  • Pour over fruit and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring several times to coat the
  • fruit while cooking.
