Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. olive oil, preferably extra virgin
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Method
- Heat oil and cumin in small skillet over medium-low heat.
- Cook about 2 minutes, or until cumin is fragrant.
- Transfer to small bowl, and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Serve as topping for tagine.
