Ingredients
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 4 sticks cinnamon
- 3 whole nutmegs, whole
- 8 cloves, whole
- 1 inch gingerroot
Method
- Throw everything into the crock pot, or on the stove on low heat, and simmer all day.
- If you run low on the cider, buy another gallon and dump it into the crock pot.
- You don't even have to replace the spices!
- you can start serving as soon as it's warm, but the flavor gets better the longer it simmers!
