Ingredients
- 5 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium onions, peeled and sliced
- 1 or 1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tomato sauce can water
Method
- Put carrots, potatoes and onions in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with sausage.
- Mix sauce and water together.
- Pour over casserole.
- Bake one hour or until vegetables are tender.
