Ingredients
- 2 cans (16 oz.) kraut
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 c. water
- black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
Method
- Mix ingredients together and cook on low heat for 1 1/2 hours or you can cook on higher heat for a shorter amount of time. Saute chopped onion in butter until soft; mix with the kraut and serve.
