Ingredients
- 4 lb. pork spareribs
- 1 envelope onion soup
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sherry or white wine
- 1 clove garlic, chopped and minced
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- To speed up cooking time, precook ribs. Boil for 15 minutes first.
- Pour marinade in gallon Ziploc bag and add ribs.
- Turn a few times.
- Best to marinade overnight.
- Grill on low an hour, basting often.
